Andy’s experience includes executive leadership at companies ranging from entrepreneur startups, venture back groups and large multi-billion-dollar fortune 100 companies. He co-founded a technology company in the Bay Area with three friends and grew that firm exponentially. That firm was eventually sold to UnitedHealth Group. Andy then spent over 13 years with a publicly traded firm (through a few M&A’s along the way) managing a $100+ million-dollar P&L and over 300 consultants. With experience at VC backed firms and multiple startups, Andy really has seen the good, the bad and the ugly of what business can throw your way. Andy has spent significant time in the C-suite and executive teams as the President of a healthcare consulting company and COO of a big data analytics, process automation and cloud infrastructure provider. Over this 30+ year career Andy created the Active Performance Execution (APEX) methodology. Having used iterations with multiple companies, it has come together in one defined proven framework.
